I can’t tell you of the many times that I’ve heard from our customers of how they were over promised and what they received was under delivered.  It could have been a multitude of items from the price they were quoted to the promise of showing up on a certain day, etc.  We don’t believe in the over promise hype.  We aren’t going to tell you yeah we can do that today and then you find out later that it  was a lie.   I know that emergencies can arise, but our policy is to have our yes be a real yes and our no be no.  We want you to know that our word can be trusted.  Blessings 🙂

As you know, the market is changing when it comes to Automobiles, Trucks and their glass.  On many of the newest models there can be multiple windshields that fit your vehicle.  Sometimes we ask the customer for the full VIN# so we can call the dealer to determine which windshield is in their vehicle.  Once we have the dealer part #, we can cross reference that number to give you a quote that is accurate and reflective of the Windshield that is in your car or truck.   🙂

I just wanted to let you know that I had a great experience having my windshield replaced this morning. Chris and Sean (I think those were their names) called me this morning to make sure the time would still work in my schedule and met me in my work parking lot. They were both very polite and genuinely nice guys throughout the entire process. I can’t tell you how convenient it was to not have to miss work or try to fit the appointment into my lunch hour. Another bonus- extremely affordable! My deductible would have cost me twice as much as a new windshield and other places were just as high. It’s not a good idea to replace Windshields when its outside below freezing.  Why? its difficult to have the primers dry properly, The plastics used in Automobiles break easily and become brittle when it’s this cold.  We recommend you having it done in a heated garage or bring it to our shop.  We want you to have a job well done with the confidence of knowing it’s done right.

A Windshield Repair is a good option to keep your Windshield from breaking out in this cold weather.  We repair them from the size of a Quarter on down for a cost of $69.99 in shop or $90.99 mobile. The purpose of the repair is to stop the damage.  Usually it will clear out some depending on how much dirt, water, and time delay since the Windshield was hit.  We guarantee the repair to hold or we will take the price of the repair off the cost of a new windshield.  If the rock chip is in the painted area, it cannot be repaired.
